Appointment Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our appointment policy carefully.

Appointment Cancellation

Cancellations must be made:

  • 72 hours in advance for regular appointments
  • 7 days in advance if the appointment is over 2 hours or for parties with more than 2 people

Deposits are taken for all appointments. Under some circumstances you may be required to make full payment. All deposits are non-refundable.

We recommend making your reservations well in advance to secure your desired time with your chosen stylist or technician.

No Shows

  • If you do not show up to three appointments, you will be required to make full payment in advance for future bookings
  • If you do not show up, you will lose your deposit payment

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. This includes cancellations or rescheduling due to lateness.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and completing any necessary pre-treatment consultation forms.

Late Arrival

It is imperative to be on time for your appointment. Due to our busy schedule, we enforce the following late arrival policy:

10-15 Minutes Late £25 late fee
15-20 Minutes Late £30 late fee
More than 25 Minutes Late Booking automatically cancelled

If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, you will receive a cancellation email with the reason. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.

Medical Conditions & Special Needs

Prior to your treatment, please inform us about:

  • Any special needs or medical conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Injuries
  • Allergies
  • Disabilities

This information helps us customize your service for maximum satisfaction and safety.

Health Restrictions

We cannot provide services if:

  • You have a potentially contagious condition (fungus, warts, etc.) on your head, hands or feet
  • Open or infected wounds are present in the treatment area

If you suspect you may have a condition, please notify us before your service begins for assessment.

Children Policy

While we love serving children, we have the following policies for safety:

  • Children under 10 not receiving services should ideally remain at home
  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • Children under 16 need parental consent for hair/nail treatments
  • No acrylic enhancements for children under 15
  • No gel polish for children under 12

These policies protect young, tender nails from potential damage.

Refunds

If unsatisfied with your service:

  • Notify us before payment for adjustments
  • We will correct or remove enhancements at the first opportunity
  • No refunds will be given after leaving the salon

Mobile Phone Etiquette

Please be considerate of others enjoying their treatments:

  • Set phones to vibrate
  • Use moderate volume if taking calls
  • Avoid phone use that delays service (e.g., during nail treatments)

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with suspected contagious conditions
  • Those with open/infected wounds in treatment areas
  • Anyone in ill health that may be contagious or at risk
  • Clients more than 15 minutes late
  • Anyone displaying rude, threatening, or disrespectful behavior

Additional Information

Surveillance: For everyone's safety, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
